The issuer is the party that pays the principal and interest of the bond through VSDC. After receiving the money from the issuer, VSDC will allocate the money to the depository members. After receiving the money from VSDC, NVS will allocate the money to the bondholders according to the ownership ratio.

The principal and interest of the bond will be transferred to the securities account of the customer opened at NVS.
