1. Convertible Bond
A type of bond issued by a Joint Stock Company that can be converted into common shares according to the terms and conditions determined in the bond issuance plan.
2. Covered Bond
A type of bond that is guaranteed to pay all or part of the interest and principal upon maturity using the assets of the issuer or the assets of a third party according to the provisions of law on secured transactions; or entitled with payment guarantee according to the provisions of law.
3. Warrant Bond
Warrabnt Bonds are issued by a joint stock company with warrants, allowing the warrant holder the right to buy a number of common shares of the joint stock company according to the terms and conditions determined in the bond issuance plan.
4. Non-convertible bonds do not have warrants or collaterals
A bond issued that does not fall into the above cases.
5. Green Bond
Corporate bonds are issued to finance eco-friendly projects and projects that benefits the environment according to the environmental protection law.
