Introduction to NVS money transfer service

With high safety, security, speed and efficiency, only with a computer connected to the internet, you can transfer money from your securities account to your account at banks or transfer money to the account of another Beneficiary that the Customer has registered with NVS.

The online transfer function on electronic trading channels applies to all customers who open securities accounts at NVS and have registered to use this service. You can choose the following forms of money transfer:

• Internal transfer: is a form of money transfer between securities sub-accounts of the customer opened at NVS. Money will be transferred to the receiving account immediately after the money transfer transaction is successfully completed.
• Transfer to banks: customers can transfer money from their securities accounts at NVS to accounts opened at different banks in Vietnam.

Money transfer at NVS

1. Trading time

From Monday to Friday (Except holidays)

Morning: 8:00 – 11:30

Afternoon: 13:00 – 16:00

 

2. Transaction method

 

Step 1: Customers need to prepare the following documents:

Individual Clients	Institutional Clients
1. ID card: Original, still valid;	1. Letter of introduction (clearly stating the name, ID card number of the person being introduced, job content: coming to make a withdrawal/transfer order)

2. Transfer request.	2. ID card: Original, valid copy of the person being introduced;

	3. Money transfer request must have the legal signature and seal of the Account Owner.

NVS will pre-print the transfer form with information based on the Customer’s Securities Trading Account and withdrawal request

The transfer request must be signed by the Securities Trading Account owner and made directly at NVS.

 

Step 2:

Immediately after receiving the Money Transfer Request, NVS will verify the Customer’s personal information. If valid, it will transfer money outside according to the Customer’s request.

 

Online money transfer

 

1. Conditions

 

You have registered to use the online money transfer service according to the registration for using online securities trading services and utilities.

 

2.Instructions

 

Customers make online money transfers on Trading.nvs.vn. Enter the OTP code to log in to the account:

• Select the “Transfer Money” tab.
• Enter the recipient’s information (Customers must register with NVS in advance about the bank account information to receive the transfer).
• Enter the order code and press the “Accept” button, the system will display the money transfer confirmation screen. Enter the OTP code to confirm
• Click “Confirm” to send the money transfer request to the system, press return to return to the transfer information entry screen.
